Description:: Following the 2 hour introductory workshops for school principals last term and in advance of whole school professional development to be delivered by PDST in the 2016/2017 school year, PDST is offering full-day training seminars after Easter for school principals and one other staff member in local education centres throughout the country. The seminar will provide participants with opportunities to · become familiar with the rationale for and structure of the Primary Language Curriculum/Curaclam Teanga na Bunscoile · actively explore the curriculum using samples of children’s work and support materials · prepare for an initial exploration of the curriculum with staff in school.
