Description:: Planning and Preparation: What is required? NIPTWS02 This workshop is designed to support NQTs to plan in a focused, effective and efficient manner. Requirements regarding planning, preparation and recording of progress are discussed and clarified. This workshop uses the guidelines for long term planning and short-term planning and provides examples of planning templates which can be used to support NQTs’ work over the year. Opportunities to discuss strategies and share ideas will be a central element of this workshop.
