Description:: Planning and Preparation:What isrequired? NIPTWS02 This workshop is designed to support NQTs to plan in a focused, effective and efficient manner. Requirements regarding planning, preparation and recording of progress are discussed and clarified. This workshop uses the guidelines for long-term planning and shortterm planning and provides examples of planning templates which can be used to support NQTs’ work over the year. Opportunities to discuss strategies and share ideas will be a central element of this workshop.
